When You Serve YAH First, Everything Else Finds Its Place
It’s no secret that the world can feel overwhelming. Political unrest, financial uncertainties, and personal challenges weigh heavily on many hearts today. But at SAP Gardens, we know that the path forward isn't through striving, but through surrendering to God’s will.
In these trying times, many are searching for peace and direction. What if the solution isn’t about achieving more or controlling circumstances, but about giving more to Yahweh and trusting His plan for our lives? Through faith-led living, clarity comes when we prioritize serving Yahweh, surrendering our worries, and aligning every aspect of our lives with His purpose.
By doing so, we find freedom in faith, even amidst the chaos. For continued encouragement on living this out daily, subscribe to our YouTube channel for real-life faith stories and teachings.
It Starts with What We’ve Been Taught: Serving Through Stewardship
Year after year, we’re taught to build—build knowledge, build careers, build security. From a young age, if we’re blessed with encouraging parents, we often hear things like:
“You can do anything you set your mind to.”
“Follow your dreams.”
“Just work hard and you’ll get what you want.”
While these words are well-meaning, they are rooted in the idea of achievement being the highest goal. But what happens when life doesn’t go as planned?
What happens when, despite the hard work, setbacks come? When illness strikes, jobs are lost, or doors are shut in your face because of your background, skin color, or beliefs? Where does that leave our purpose?
The truth is, we were never created to chase after worldly success—we were created to serve YAH first. Subscribe to our YouTube channel to explore how others have broken away from worldly striving and found deeper purpose.
From Achievement to Assignment: Shifting Our Foundation

Maybe you’ve felt it too—that tug in your heart telling you that there’s more to life than the next milestone. That maybe what you were taught about “success” doesn’t line up with Yeshua's purpose for your life.
When we chase after success for success’s sake, we end up worshipping achievement. And whether we realize it or not, we are serving something in that pursuit.
“Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.” – 1 John 2:15
Living by faith requires us to unlearn some things.
We are not here to impress.
We are not here to accumulate.
We are not here to compete.
We are here to serve, worship, and obey the One who created us. This is Serving Through Stewardship— the essence of faith-led living—shifting from being led by our wants to being led by the Word. For more insights on living faith-first, subscribe to our YouTube channel.
YAH’s Purpose Over Our Plans
The world will tell you your purpose is found in your job title, bank account, or achievements. But your true purpose is to know Yah and be known by Him.
That’s it. Everything else flows from that. Whether you're a homeschooling mom, a husband building a family legacy, a Black entrepreneur in homesteading, or someone in between, your purpose is rooted in your relationship with Yah.
“For the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.” – John 14:30
We must be reminded: Yah is the God of heaven, not of this broken world. When we align ourselves with His Word, we begin to operate from a place of obedience and authority, walking boldly in our tailored purpose from Yeshua.
It doesn’t mean life gets easier. It means life gets clearer. For inspiration on aligning your everyday life with Yah’s Word, subscribe to our YouTube channel.
What is My Purpose?
Here’s the truth that many of us weren’t told growing up. Your purpose is not what you do. Your purpose is who you serve. And when you serve YAH first, everything else begins to align.
Your family values take root in love and grace.
Your financial stewardship becomes guided by integrity.
Your business reflects light and truth.
Your home becomes a place of peace and prayer.
This is what it means to live a life from faith to faith: a daily guide to victory—to walk out each day leaning not on your understanding, but on the wisdom of Yah. Watch stories of purpose rediscovered on our YouTube channel—subscribe today.
Daily Life Guided by Faith: Standing Firm in a Shaky World

Faith doesn’t promise a smooth path. But it promises that you won’t walk it alone.
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” – 1 Peter 5:8
Even when the world shakes, Yah establishes, strengthens, and settles us. When our focus is on faith-led living, we become anchored, not in our plans, but in His promises.
So if your world feels like it’s crumbling, take a moment. Pause. Ask yourself:
What have I been chasing?
Who have I truly been serving?
Am I building a life on faith’s foundation—or my ambition?

The Solution: Return to the Root
Sometimes the answer isn’t adding more to your life—it’s subtracting the distractions.
If you're tired, disillusioned, or discouraged, there is peace available. The invitation is open:
Serve Yah. Obey His Word. Live Set Apart.
When we shift our direction toward daily life guided by faith, we stop serving the “YAH” of the world—money, status, applause—and start serving the God of Heaven, the Creator of all things.
This shift doesn’t mean you abandon your dreams. It means you allow Yah to refine them. You surrender your will to His. You allow Him to give you a purpose that lasts beyond this lifetime.
Don’t walk this journey alone. Subscribe to our Set Apart YouTube Channel and get scripture-based guidance and practical tips to help you remove the noise, refocus your life, and live fully aligned with Yah’s purpose.
A New Way Forward—Led by the Word, Anchored in Love

We believe in building lives that honor Yah—not just in big ways, but in daily choices. From how we love our children to how we steward our finances, everything becomes worship.
When you meal plan, pray over your food.
When you work, do it as unto the Lord.
When you homeschool or homestead, do it in faith.
This is what it means to serve Yah with your whole life. This is true stewardship.
“Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.” – Colossians 3:23
At Set Apart Gardens, we’re not just cultivating land—we’re cultivating lives rooted in faith, purpose, and legacy. We believe that when you choose to serve YAH first, everything else aligns: your home, your work, your relationships, your direction.
Through heartfelt coaching, hands-on learning, and a like-minded community, we walk with black people who are ready to shift from striving to surrender—anchored in faith-led living and guided by the wisdom of YAH’s Word.
