What’s going on, fam? Today, I want to talk about the real war. People are talking about going to war over oil, power, or politics, but the real war is with our food source. This war isn't happening in some far-off country; it’s happening right here in our grocery stores and fast-food lines. It has been going on for decades, and it is a biological, weaponized food war designed by greedy corporations to keep people obese, sick, and needy.
When they have that kind of control, they make a profit off your ailments, and you have no choice but to keep buying their "products." They don't even view what they sell as food anymore.
We saw the McDonald's CEO recently picking up a burger, and he didn't even call it food; he called it "the product". He took a tiny, hesitant bite and didn't even seem to swallow it because he knew what was in it. He knows it’s composed of scientific chemicals, fillers, and 3D-printed meats that are not meant for human consumption.
Understanding the Corporate Strategy to Keep You "Obese, Sick, and Needy

The strategy is simple: if they can keep you dependent on their system, they have total power. Most of the food we have today is just something "edible" and ultra-processed. Think about it, food is supposed to have maybe one, two, or three ingredients.
But when you turn over a package of bread or cookies, there are 15, 20, or 30 ingredients that you can’t even pronounce. Even a basic cheeseburger has been hijacked with chemicals in the bun, the cheese, and the meat.
They have masked these ingredients so they look and taste like real food, but once they go inside you, they manifest as ailments like high blood pressure and diabetes. People say these things "run in the family," but really, it’s the habits and the processed trash that run in the family.
This chemical onslaught is also destroying our gut microbiome, our "second brain". Your gut influences your mental health and how you navigate the world. When your gut is "all out of whack" from Happy Meals and food dyes like Red 40, it’s no surprise we are seeing a national mental health crisis.
How to Fight Back
So, how do we win this war? We win by taking our power back. You have to realize that you vote with your dollar every single time you spend it. If you keep spending money on processed poison, you are giving corporations your "vote" to keep diminishing the quality while they increase the prices.
To win, we must:
Stop buying the mystery: If you can’t pronounce an ingredient, don't eat it.
Support the local front: Start spending your money with local farmers and homesteaders who actually care about health.
Master the basic skills: You need to know how to provide your own three necessities: food, water, and shelter.
Reclaim the land: Whether it’s a full farm or a kitchen garden, you must have a hand in your own food production.
If you know how to provide for yourself, you don't have to live under their rules or jump when they say jump. Knowing these skills grants you freedom.
Your Training Ground: The April 24th Lamb Workshop
You can't fight a war without training. That is why we offer our Hands-On Lamb Processing Workshop on April 24th, 2026. This is where you learn the skills that have been lost over the last three generations, the skills our ancestors used to stay free.
We aren't just going to show you a video; this is a hands-on learning experience where we will process two lambs from start to finish. You will learn:
Humane harvest techniques so you can ethically source your own protein.
Proper skinning and breakdown of the carcass.
Identification of cuts so you know exactly what you are putting in your freezer.
Packaging and storage tips to ensure your food lasts.
The investment is $350, and while some might say that’s a lot, I say the price is the price because I am teaching you a skill you will retain forever. We provide lunch, and everyone takes home a portion of fresh, real meat. We are maxing this out at only 10 seats to make sure the instruction is tight, and everyone gets their hands dirty.
Conclusion: Reclaiming Your Power
Don't be naive and think the grocery store shelves will always be full. If the grid goes down or the trucks stop rolling, those who don't have these skills will be forced to accept whatever "rations" or "marks" the system demands just to eat. But if you can grow, hunt, and process your own, you can say, "No, I'm good".
As I always say: "He who has the power to feed you also has the power to starve you". It’s time to take your power back. See y’all on the 24th.
